Cheers Cafe: While there is still a place going by this name in Tongli, it bears little resemblance to the joint run by Leo Zhang years ago. Trained as an oil painter, he decorated this dimly lit joint with nudes and hired top-notch Xinjiang bands that drew an eclectic and often raucous crowd.
