By Jim Boyce | The guys at N Beer Pub are officially opening a huge new venue in Wukesong, close to Le Sports Center, that will not only appeal to craft brew fans but also those heading to that part of town to watch concerts or our fairy city’s very own KHL team, the Kunlun Red Star—nice job making the playoffs in your first season, guys, and better luck next year!

The new N is at Huaxi Live Hi-Up Complex, close to Wukesong subway station, and will officially launch starting at 6 PM on Saturday—get any three draft beers for rmb100 plus free snacks from 7 PM. The venue’s regular hours will initially run from 10 AM to midnight and later extend to 2 AM.

Expect to stuff your keghole here. This new N Beer will have a 40-tap system, with four nitro options, serving both N and guest beers. There will ultimately be 20 house beers on tap. There will also be plenty of bottled beer from home and abroad. Plus food, including kebabs, burgers and meter-long pizza—let’s hope there is a Passby Bar-style chuanr edition.

The directions, via N, for those using the subway: get off at Wukesong Station (line 1), take the blue ‘tunnel’, go straight to the outdoor plaza, turn left (north) and walk about 50 meters until you see the World Beer Bottle Museum. (The whu-whut!? The World Beer Bottle Museum.) Drink.
