By Jim Boyce | The Topwin Center in Sanlitun already houses a slew of bars, restaurants and cafes, plus an Intercontinental Hotel, and we should also soon see a steady stream of small-scale vendors, particularly from the food and beverage trade.
For at least the next few months, Topwin will rent five tables, at rmb200 per table per day, in the B1 mall area that includes CHEERS, Papp’s Tea, Shawarma Dareen, New York Fries, Panda Brew and others.
Each table is 1.2 meters by .4 meters and, as there is no food preparation area, only prepackaged goods can be sold. That B1 mall area is open from 10 AM to 10 PM daily, with an estimated 5,000 visitors per day.
Sounds like an inexpensive way for like-minded vendors to team up for a pop-up. If interested, email Flora via flora (at) redcityproperties.com. And if you do rent a table or two, let me know as I live just around the corner.
Maybe we can also get some Topwin corn toss going again…
