Garden of Delights: An ambitious project with a Hieronymous Bosch theme, this fine-dining establishment opened in Wangfujing just a few doors down from RBL before the Olympics. The initially giddy investors were perhaps ahead of their time. Fun fact: I first met Alex Molina (Modo, Mosto, Moka) here, fresh off the plane and during his first few hours in Beijing. He made mojito martinis.
