By Jim Boyce | Veteran Belgian brew bar Beer Mania seeks a full-time manager, a full-time chef, and wait staff. Beer Mania has over a dozen years under its belt and needs people to serve its loyal customers and newcomers and to help oversee planned expansion.
The manager’s duties will include handling all operations, booking events and live music, recruiting and training staff and working on the planned expansion. The candidate should be comfortable using both Chinese and English, have good customer service skills and have experience in a Western bar and restaurant environment.
The full-time chef’s responsibilities will include managing the kitchen and menu, training staff, and organizing food events. Fluency in Chinese, plus some English, as well as experience in a Western restaurant are required.
Beer Mania also seeks Chinese wait staff with good English-language skills and part-time foreign wait staff.
