By Jim Boyce | CHEERS Wines seeks a Beijing-based event organizer. The position involves overall coordination of CHEERS events with third parties as well as support for individual outlets, including franchises. While there will be some travel involved, the main focus will be on Beijing.
Responsibilities including handling media and sponsor relations, promote events online via social media and other platforms, creating budgets and submitting weekly reports, and coordinating an event team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, fluent in English and Chinese, and able to work weekends and nights. An ability to simultaneously plan multiple events is crucial. An interest in wine is a major bonus.
